Accommodation conditions

1. Check-in and check-out hours:

*Check-in: after 3:00 p.m.

*Releasing the rooms: until 12:00 p.m.

In case of later vacating the room, in cases where this is possible and has been previously agreed with the Reception, an additional fee is paid as follows:

*When vacating the room by 18:00, a fee is due, according to the published price list for late check-out.

*If the room is vacated after 6:00 p.m., a payment of 100 (one hundred)% of the overnight stay is due.

2. Reservations are kept until midnight on the relevant day of arrival.

3. Pets are accepted at the hotel without additional payment, provided that they have established hygiene habits and that they are not in the room during the daily cleaning of the rooms.

4. Check-in at the hotel takes place through the presentation of personal documents certifying the identity of the guests. The data provided by you are protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the normative acts regulating the protection of information and are processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. This information will be used only and solely in connection with the reservations made and will not be provided for any other purpose.

Half board


Meals - block table at minimum 50% occupied capacity or if not agreed otherwise in a specific offer


Breakfast - 08.00 - 10.00 - a variety of sausages, dairy products, seasonal fruits and vegetables, pasta, pasta, non-alcoholic and hot drinks.


Dinner - 19.00 – 20.30 - traditional Bulgarian cuisine - main dishes, grill, salads, side dishes, seasonal fruits and vegetables, desserts, soft drinks, draft beer and two types of wine (white, red).


  • On the day of arrival, half board starts with dinner - on the day of departure it ends with breakfast
  • On the day of arrival, check-in at the hotel and use of the parking lot takes place after 15:00
  • On the day of departure, the rooms are vacated by 12:00 p.m. Staying after 12:00 p.m. is possible, is paid extra, and is possible upon confirmation by a reception employee! The parking lot is released until 12:30, the stay after that is paid
  • There is a charge for taking out food and drinks outside the dining area
  • The hotel is not responsible for money and valuables not handed over for storage in the reception safe
  • It is not permissible to wear a Basque costume in the restaurant. It is not tolerated to enter the restaurant with bags /except women's/
  • Service to guests in bathing suits is allowed only in the restaurants around the pool. It is not permissible to wear a Basque costume in the main restaurant. It is not tolerated to enter the restaurant with bags /except women's/
  • It is not allowed to reserve sunbeds around the pool - towels left on the reserved sunbeds are collected by the pool staff

II. Cancellation terms and conditions:

1. If the trip does not take place due to reasons related to Covid 19, there are no cancellation deadlines and the Hotelier owes a full refund of the amounts paid in advance up to 30 days from the date of the canceled holiday or offers to change the dates if there are vacancies.

2. In case of cancellation for other reasons, made up to 30 days before the date of accommodation, the advance paid is fully refunded.

3. In case of cancellation between 30 and 15 days before the check-in date, the value of the first night will be deducted.

4. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the date of accommodation, the amounts paid in advance are not refunded, but the date of stay can be changed if there are places.

III. Terms of payment and reservation guarantee:

1. Within 5 working days after confirmation of the reservation, a prepayment of 50% of the total amount is required. Payment is made by bank transfer, and the transfer details are as follows:

2. Final payment is made at the hotel reception.

3. Reservations unpaid within the specified period are considered cancelled
